Telehealth

We strongly believe it is important for you to be able to access cancer care. Between the pandemic and transportation limitations, we are offering telehealth visits when possible. To ensure your privacy, we use doxy.me, an encrypted and HIPAA-compliant website.

To inquire about changing an existing appointment to a telehealth visit, please call our office.

  • Telehealth appointments are an optional service we provide to allow better access to us.

By attending a telehealth appointment, you are consenting to a telehealth visit and are acknowledging the following:

    • I had the option to schedule an in-person visit and decided not to do so.

    • I understand that telehealth visits may be limited by inability for my provider to do an exam.

    • I agree that I will not record through audio or video the session without the provider's consent.

    • I understand it is my responsibility to have privacy during my visit, which includes my obligation to be in a private area, to limiting anyone present to only those who should hear confidential medical information, and to ensuring appropriate safeguards on my computer.

    • I acknowledge that I may be billed for my telehealth visit in a similar way to an in-person visit.

  • If this is your first appointment with us, please complete the Patient Registration Packet and click this link to send it to us beforehand.

You do not need to download an application or create an account before your visit.  After clicking the link, simply type in your name when prompted, and the doctor will see that you are online.
